Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from elementweathergear.com, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return for damaged or defective products, please contact us by selecting one of the options displayed under the "Need an EWG Expert?" panel located on the Help Center page. Your account will be credited once the returned merchandise is received back into inventory.
HASSLE-FREE RETURNS:
- The Hassle-Free Returns form cannot be used for items that have been used.
- Products must be complete and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
- EWG will accept returns of stocked products in saleable condition within the 30-day return period.
- The product must be returned with its complete and original manufacturer’s packaging intact and undamaged, including the Universal Product Code (UPC) and a copy of the packing slip.
- Please note that you cannot combine items from multiple orders in the same return shipment.
SHIPPING:
- Shipment and delivery will be made by the designated carrier in a manner deemed best by EWG. EWG is not responsible for delays beyond its control.
REPLACEMENT FOR DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
We apologize for any inconvenience. To return your damaged or defective item and receive a refund, please follow these steps:
- Go to the "Account" icon > "My Orders" in the navigation.
- Click "Return" next to the order containing the damaged or defective item.
- Enter the quantity of the item you wish to return, then click "Select reason for return."
- Select "Damaged" or "Manufacturer's defect" under "Select a reason for return." Click "Continue."
- Enter the number of boxes to be picked up.
- Click "Submit return."
- You will see a confirmation that your return is being processed, and you will receive an email with refund information.
- Place a new order for the item. If you need a replacement immediately and cannot place a new order, please contact us through the "Need an EWG Expert?" panel on the Help Center page.
If your order is delivered to a loading dock or mailroom, this may be due to your company's delivery setup. Please contact us to update your delivery preferences, such as:
- Have all orders delivered by a designated courier (USPS).
- Specify hours your company can accept delivery.
- Allow EWG to complete delivery without requiring a signature.
- Change delivery setup (e.g., deliver to a specific person instead of a loading dock or mailroom).

If you are eligible to pay by credit card, the option will be available at checkout on the My Cart page. You will be charged once your order has shipped. For credit card payments, please contact us through the "Need an EWG Expert?" panel on the Help Center page.

VIEW INVOICES:
- Navigate to the "Account" icon > "Online Invoicing" in the top-right menu to view invoices and make payments.
- If you do not see the option for "Online Invoices," please contact us for assistance.
VIEW PACKING SLIP (RECEIPT):
- Navigate to the "Account" icon > "My Orders" in the top-right menu.
- Click "Receipt" next to your order.
- Your Receipt PDF will open in a new tab, which you can download or print. It contains:
- Order number
- Billing information
- Ship-to address
- Details for each shipment
